Masonic Funeral Rites upon WB Leonardo M. Arcol, PJGL

This evening, we rendered the final Masonic Funeral Rites for our late Brother, Worshipful Brother Kid Arcol.

Members of the family and several brethren quietly shared with me their appreciation for the solemn and beautiful performance of the ritual. They were deeply moved and amazed by its dignity and meaning.

In light of this, I extend my sincere gratitude to our Conferral Director, Worshipful Brother Roy Urot; our Sorrowful Master, Worshipful Brother Taptap Abellanosa; and to all officers in attendance, including those who came from other lodges to assist us when our own number was incomplete. Your presence and service are deeply appreciated.

For two days, including New Year’s Day, we labored together to prepare for this Funeral Service. For this, I wish to especially thank Brother Senior Warden Earl Cebedo and Brother Treasurer Jon Amparo, and WB Oscar P. Musni, who worked closely with me throughout. You sacrificed precious family time for the sake of Masonry. Padayun.

Daghang salamat, Brethren, for the fraternal relief you so willingly extended. Thank you JW Sir Carlo Domo for working this out. Let us continue to offer our prayers for his soul—may his journey be soft and safe, as he meets the Great Architect of the Universe.
